What's MugFoundry.com all About?

That's a great question!  One day I was drinking my daily cup of Joe around the office and noticed two things.  First, everyone was drinking coffee (or tea) out of a mug and most of those mugs had some type of statement, phrase or image.  Each one of those mugs also fit the owner's personality.  I realized how much a mug really says about who you are, your likes, and dislikes. 

This started the idea of Mug Foundry to try and match that perfect mug for all of our visitors based on their personality and opinions on all kinds of things.  I especially find that people are passionate about their pets, career, or words of wisdom.   

A foundry is a factory that produces metal castings.  Mug Foundry is a factory that produces fun and interesting mugs for something most of us already own and use.  Don't just use a boring mug, get a Mug Foundry Mug and "Say It With A Mug"!

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We want you to be happy more than anything else.  If you're not completely satisfied, please return the unused product in original condition and packaging to us for a full refund.  You have a full 30 days from the time you receive the order to contact us for a refund.  Please email mugfoundry@gmail.com to request the Return Authorization (RA).  Return requests must first have an RA # to process.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING TIMES?

First, we don't like shipping fees and that's why we ALWAYS offer FREE standard shipping on your product orders within the U.S.  All products are made to order and takes 4-5 days to finish your mug and prepare for shipping.  You should expect to receive your order within 7-12 days from your purchase date.

You can always log into MugFoundry.com with the account you created when you placed your order (unless you checked out as a guest) to view the latest status.  We also always send out emails when your order is received and then again when your order is shipped.  If you provided a mobile phone number at the time of your purchase, we will also send a text message when your order ships.  Along with your notice of shipment, we will include tracking numbers for the carrier handling the package.  If tracking info is not immediately available, please allow up to 24 hours for the shipping carrier to update their tracking info.
